At first glance, it looked a mess. Once I opened the vaccuum seal and washed it once, the matted look others mentioned, went away and it was beautiful, soft and fluffy. The size is perfect. I ordered an XL and I’m typically between a a 1X for open sweaters like this one. It’s long enough to wear it covers my butt.

Improvements that should be made: packaging so it doesn't matt the fluff. Thicker material so it's better for the winter.

I usually wear an XXL 18/20. I went down 2 sizes and it fits perfectly. I wanted soft and comfy, but not baggy frumpy. There are sizable holes in the knit, so it's warm but not on a windy day. Great length. Minus 1 star for being over priced for the material and craftsmanship. Around $20 would be more appropriate.
